RATEL NetTest allows users to obtain information about the current quality of their internet service connection in the context of neutrality and provides comprehensive information, including statistical data. The RATEL NetTest offers:

• Speed test for download speed, upload speed, and ping.
• Several quality tests that indicate to the end user whether the operator runs a net neutral service. This includes testing TCP/UDP ports, VOIP/delay variation test, proxy test, DNS test, etc.
• Display of a map with all test results and options for filtering by parameters, statistics, operators, devices, and time.
• Several detailed statistics.
• Display of test results using red/yellow/green ("traffic light" system).
• Option to synchronize results from different devices and view them in the browser.
• Display of testing history results.
